In this summery is going to be about the last four chapters we read: Cook it Well, Run, Big, and monster thick burgers.
Cook it Well
This chapter is about E. coli and how it gets into your hamburgers. One of the resturants that had contaminated meat was "Jack in the Box" most of the people infected were children. The first child was a girl, she died on December 28, 1992 she was six. Almost 200,000 people get sick 900 go to the hospital and 14 people die every day!
Run
This chapter is about three animals: a cow and two pigs. The two pigs were abou to get into the slaughterhouse they ran off and were found a week later in the woods their names were Butch and Sundance. The cows story is even more incredibal. She too was going to the slauterhouse then she jumped a five foot fence and ran off to the woods.She was found one month later and a vegetarian family adobted her.
Big
This chapter is about a sixteen year old boy(Charlie) who was about 300 pounds. He had to decide if he wanted to have bypass surgery. That would make his football sized stmach to the size of a golf ball. He was actually pretty skiny when he was ten but when he went to high school there was alot of fast food resturants thats wene he began to gain weight.
Monster Thickburgers
This chapter is about how the population of obice people has grown.It is also about how you can inheret it( like your grandpa has it and your dad has it so you may have it). One of the large things is that a long time ago people would usulay have 8 ounces of soda and now that is a kid size drink!
